Gabriel Griesbaum

Gabe Griesbaum worked for many years at national business immigration law firms, and managed a local business immigration firm before starting his own practice.

 

Gabe Griesbaum has handled hundreds of I-140 immigrant petitions of almost every type (PERM, NIW, EB1, EB2, EB3 and more).  He has personally handled many types of I-129 nonimmigrant applications (H-1B, E-2, L-1, etc.).  He has successfully won appeals of denied I-140 and other petitions before the Administrative Appeals Office and other administrative divisions. 

 

Gabe Griesbaum’s experience with a wide range of cases, including challenging and denied cases, provides the experience necessary to handle your visa petition.

Ray Kim

Ray Kim is a lawyer admitted in New Zealand and the State of New South Wales of Australia.

 

He specializes in commercial litigation at Rays Lawyer. He has acted for an ASX listed company, small to medium businesses and individuals.

 

Having majored in physics and chemistry in addition to his law degree at university, Ray Kim has knowledge and experience both in science and law.

 

Having spent time working in multiple jurisdictions, Ray Kim has extensive knowledge and experience in various areas of legal disputes including contract, misleading and deceptive conduct, estoppel, multi-jurisdictional issues and so.  He was successful in representing a major car park operator against a local council in disputing a tender, which was represented by a top tier firm.  His input into preparing expert evidence had been invaluable.

John Lee

John Lee has represented a vast amount of immigration and visa petitions in the United States, New Zealand, and Australia.  Having legal experiences in many countries, he is well versed in various aspects of local and international laws of each county not limiting to immigration law. 

 

He specializes in handling various areas of works related to the U.S. consulates overseas, such as National Interest Waiver (NIW and EB-1), Denied Visa, and Denied Entry.  He has successfully processed NIW and EB-1 petitions for many doctors, engineers, professors and businessmen at a local U.S. law firm.

 

In addition, John Lee currently serves as the Director of the Korea Kickboxing Association as well as their international legal advisor, and qualified association-certified kickboxing coach.  Based on these positions and experience, John Lee has successfully processed the U.S. visa applications and immigration petitions of many athletes.

Edward C. Han

  • Attorney at Law of the Territory of Guam

Edward C. Han had obtained his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, California.  He served as a Prosecutor in Prosecutor’s Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Guam before acquiring his 21-years of experience in legal practice in a range of fields, including the laws of the Territory of Gaum and U.S. immigration law.

 

Edward C. Han is a resident of Guam, a territory of the United States which features a geographical proximity to Asia.  He has represented may clients in Asia assisting them to obtain their U.S. Visas and filing their immigration petitions in their proximity.  He has acquired extensive experience in and is well knowledgeable of the unique and particular fields of the U.S. immigration laws pertaining to the clients in Asia.
